Join Cutting Edge Personal Training In Supporting Our Troops
The one thing that I try not to do is get political on my blog. But I do want to mention something that is dear to my heart....and that's the troops.
The one thing I am very conscious of doing is giving my support to them in any way I can. It is very uplifting and it gives comfort to be able to communicate with loved ones when our brave soldiers are so far removed and facing circumstances I can't even begin to comprehend.
One of the biggest things in the world right now is the US led liberation of Iraq. Our soldiers are dying for our freedom and the freedom of the suppressed Iraqis. Whether people agree with the liberation or not, that doesn’t change the fact that our young soldiers are half way around the world in a situation that most people can’t even begin to imagine. Finding ways to help provide a little comfort to our soldiers and their families is very important to me.
I have a huge military following and I have always valued their dedication and service to our country. Rounding up support for these brave men and women is a small opportunity for me to let them know the undivided support we have for them.

Mondays - 10 AM & 4:30 PM
Tuesdays - 5 AM, 8 AM & 9 AM
Wednesdays - 5 AM, 8 AM, 10 AM & 4:30 PM
Thursdays - 5 AM
Fridays - 10 AM
