Goals & Objectives
Week Ending: Saturday, April 5, 2008
I am very pleased with my performance. I attacked every session and had great workouts all week.
- My focus was the best it's been this week. It's like I can feel things shifting into a higher gear physically and mentally. I love it!
- I am starting to incorporate some modifications in my schedule to take full advantage of my training partners.
- This is the last week before I start to shave down my calories. Every two weeks from here on out, I am either going to be subtracting some calories from my daily intake, adding some cardio, or both.
My goals for next week include:
1. Achieve better numbers in the gym each day.
2. Keep focused on good exercise execution.
3. Strive to move serious weights with each session. Every great session I complete brings me one step closer to achieving my goals.
4. Take time before each workout to achieve a powerful mindset prior to setting foot in the gym.
5. Stay connected to my goals. Perform like a champion.
6. Do the best I can each day. Strive for excellence and enjoy the journey.
